Society is generally greatly concerned regarding the quality of service and overall professional conduct of the Police Service. The perceptions that the police are incompetent, corrupt, not well trained and that the criminal justice system is in turmoil, leads to mistrust and lack of confidence in the ability of the police to deal effective with society’s concerns.
